The Noblequest Health Foundation is a Los Angeles-based clinic and non-profit organization. Noblequest comprises six different clinic locations, located in Los Angeles’ Westlake District, the neighborhood of Van Nuys, and the City of Huntington Park. Noblequest’s overarching mission is to provide health care for all, including those who are uninsured, undocumented, and/or experiencing homelessness.

Noblequest was founded in 2013 by a group of individuals deeply imbued with the desire to give back to those less fortunate than themselves. This is embodied by the company value that "You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.” Compassion, generosity, and a desire to help others are all key values at the core of Noblequest’s operation.

Dr. Ailene Rivera is the Executive Director and Founder of the Noblequest Health Foundation. Dr. Rivera is a Filipina physical therapist and geriatrics specialist with over 22 years of experience.

Noblequest offers a full range of medical treatments, including Urgent Care, General Practice, Internal Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Workers Compensation. More recently, given the historic and unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, Noblequest has administered Covid-19 testing and vaccinations. The desire to tend to issues concerning mental health and the mental wellbeing of patients, too, are of great importance. To this effect, Noblequest offers therapy and counseling. Additionally, Noblequest offers a program that assists homeless individuals with finding accommodation and shelter.
